Is Test needed?

I have been following this site for a while, and saw many well wishers and doctors help in getting people out of the anxiety.
To begin with, I had an encounter and that was my first experience. I dont know why I ended up doing it. 3 weeks ago(march 6th), I have been to couple of dance bars. There I happen to perform oral on couple of dancers and it was too brief not even for 20-30 I guess. Also kissed them, even the kiss was not at all intense.
Initially after a week of exposure I had a swelling on back my neck thought if it was lymph node and the swelling exists, but I am not sure about it. I never had fever, diarrhea, sore throat, cold or running nose. But I do have night sweats and sleep less night some times, but not often.
I am aware as per this site and people with high knowledge say that it has NO Risk and no testing is needed. But to get out of Anxiety can some one please suggest me if testing is needed?

Oral sex, especially cunnilingus is a NO RISK activity. There is no way that you would have contracted HIV from the exposure you describe.
you are most welcome , i am 100% sure , anxiety is most dangerous then HIV . Believe expert words and try to move on with your life. All the best.
i agree with midnightsun , anxiety makes you to feel all the symptoms , you will watch every single change in your body and you ll relate the same with HIV. try to accept the fact and come out else you ll get suffer more. Still you worried a lot better get tested with 4 th gen at 28 days exposure for ur peace of mind.

Forgot to mention about Muscle and back ache. I have lower back pain and couple of muscle aches too.

Today I am at day 24. I never had severe fever or Diarrhea or Rash. However I am still seeing weight loss and I am afraid about it. Since yesterday I experience slight sore throat, my voice is normal though. Can I get oraquick now and have it test. Will the test be conclusive.
Please advice, My weight is concerning me a lot. I am also eating well.

Oral sex is generally considered safer sex. Although it is possible to acquire STDs through oral, it is rare. If you aren't suffering any symptoms, ie sore throat or open sores within the next 10-14 days, you really don't have any medical reason to test.
I didnt have any kind of sore throat or open sores symptoms within 10-14 days and now I am into 4th week. So this means I dont need any testing right, not HIV test nor STD test. Reason I am asking is weight concerns me a lot.

thanks a lot Midnight_Sun. I am going for my general physicals in two weeks. And I will have all the other tests as well. I know it will come out negative, but I want to make it a practice for my physicals every year.
can anyone confirm that I dont need to take any kind of tests. Just to get my anxiety out.

Anxiety causes all kind of symptoms. You had "NO RISK". Enjoy your life rather than being depressed thinking about the thing which you DON'T have at all.
only thing I dont understand is I am not starving, but not sure why my weight is being lost. I was 158lbs 3 weeks ago and now I am at 151lbs. That is what scares me to death. Few of the sites say that unexplained weight loss with swollen lymph nodes are acute infection symptoms.
I am not ready to get tested with oraquick either, if I make a mistake it will show positive and I will be down completely if I see that.

Move on man, you do not have HIV so its useless to discuss about symptoms, you are completely stressing yourself in a NO RISK situation.

Human bodies will have problems, but looking at it and relating it to HIV is not good. You had NO RISK.
I also got a swelling near genital area today, and it doesnt pain, I think thats lymph node.
You had NO RISK from the above mentioned exposure. I am sure that the others will say the same.
