Is a 12 week HIV test the same as a 13 week HIV test?

Tomorrow it will be 12 weeks since my possible exposure (unprotected vaginal sex with a sex worker). I did a test at approximately 9 weeks and a half that came back negative. However, my fears are still at an all-time high with the constant diarrhea I've been having for the past 3 weeks (could it have to do with alcohol consumption?). Most sources say a 3-month test is conclusive, and they also say 12 weeks. But 3 months is 13 weeks, so can any experts on the subject guide me to whether I should be doing the test at 12 or 13 weeks? The reason I want to do it earlier is because the anxiety is killing me. Thank you. And please, if you are not an expert on the subject, don't give out a haphazard answer. Thanks again.

The results will take till Monday to come back. I'm not sure what kind of test they were giving me here in Lebanon, but it used to return on the same day. I asked them about the ELISA test and that's what I'm getting now, but I have to wait till Monday to get the results. Stressful, stressful...

No one would ever wish someone to be HIV positive. At least no one on this forum and no one with a mind and a heart.

Thank you and goodbye. I'll inform you guys of my results tomorrow (not that anyone would care; probably some are wishing me a + for being annoying).

So, just to make sure with the knowledgeable of you, IS 84 DAYS CONSIDERED CONCLUSIVE? Thank you.

I'm only obsessing because I want my next test to be conclusive, and if I did it tomorrow, I want it to be my last.

It is a clear answer...stop obsessing over it. 3 months/12 weeks is conclusive. How many weeks in a regular month...4. 4x3=12, there is no difference between 90 days and 84 days.

US is the only place that uses 13 weeks as three months. And for your information Rexus  13 x 7 = 91 days.

But 3 months is 90 days; 12 weeks is 84 days; that's my whole confusing point

3 months...12 weeks same thing.

But is it conclusive, or is 13 what's considered conclusive? Would both be considered the same conclusiveness?
