Is it likely i have HIV?

Hello doctor i had a bit wound which was bleeding but a bit dried on my finger between my nail and skin on my middle finger. On the day of September 8th 2009 i brushed a prostitute between her vaginal lips with this finger for about 15 seconds. I then penetrated her one time and felt it wasnt right and ended it. On December 28th 2009 i had a flu shot.
January 8th 2010 i began to have flu like symptoms (stuffy nose, phlegm, headaches fever of 100.4, no rash or lymph nodes) January 10th 2010 i tested for HIV about 4 months later and the test result was negative. My fever went away a few days later. On March 29th 2010 i had another flu like episode this time lasting a week again no rash or lymph nodes phlegm and constant coughing with fever. Then on April 25th 2010 i had this flu again which then goes away 4 days later. May 8th 2010 i felt sharp pains in my pelvic area lost of appetite and had flu like symptoms this time way more severe. I got diagnosed by a urinologist with Prostitis i am 26 years old. I am taking 2 drugs for prostititus my flu like symptoms go away and i begin having muscle spasms on and off on my biceps and calves i also have pain on my right and left hips. Do you think i was endanger of HIV? I will get tested soon i am very worried and spend hours each day searching for ARS symptoms and HIV symptoms in constant fear.

if you were tested 4 months post exposure and were negative you do not have HIV.
3 months after exposure is a conclusive test.

Thanks mboy14 i will follow up with another test to be sure, but i read that its only 97% accurate could i have seroconverted later within the 4-6 month period is that possible? I read online that in rare cases this happens.
