did I caught hiv aids

I had protected missinary sex with a women (who had multiple 1 night stand partners) on friday last week.
She being in 40s and I having sex after almost 1 year.....in moments of passion I entered inside her deep and did it fast and hard for 3 to 4 mins to make her cum
during this due to small size of the condom the upper part of my penis:s foreskin came in contact with her vaginal fluid.Although I made her cum deep but when I withdrew my penis condom was intact and I removed off it safely before wipping off the fluid on the end of foreskin with tissue paper

After waiting for around 6 to 7 min I washed my penis by first cleaning off the end part of the foreskin and then rolling up the foreskin and cleaning inner side with penis pointing downwards.

I again had sex after 1 hour and did the same thing from beginning to end this time first in doggie and then in missionary position. before that she gave a massage to my balls with her hands which might be having some vaginal fluid

3 rd time was breast sex..I doubt if she touched them with her handd having vaginal fluid after she came earlier

Next day I had an occasional running nose but not cough and its continuing till today with some headache for 2 ,3 mins 1 or 2 times a day..Did I catched hiv from her as the end part of my foreskin touched her fluid or I washed my penis soon after sex..I am worried pls help!

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

The activities you mentioned are all protected, hence zero risk for HIV. You are good.
HIV is sexually transmitted while one has unprotected anal/vaginal sex.
