Is recent behavior risky?

Hi, I broke up with my long term significant other in October. Then received and gave oral sex with no cum to my next significant other after confirming the person had recently been tested in Mid November. We broke up and I made put with someone twice in December. I then got tested in February for HIV and all other STds which came back negative. Sine Feb I am in a longterm rela with someone. He has had sex with 2 virgins, received oral sex whie fingering someone and then most recently had sex with someone who had testing before and after having unprotected sex with him. Am I at high risk for stds? I am worried because my boyfriend has never been tested but he says his behavior doesn't warrant testing. He has been to the doctor and what not since then and everything seemed normal. What do you all think?
