I'm a male 23 from malaysia . Never had vaginal sex in my life, on October 6 2013, went to a massage place, practically those was sex workers. Friends compelling made me loose my mind and went in. After some light massage she put the condom ( condom was provided by her) on me. I'm not circumcised and my fore skin was not fully pulled back wen the condom was placed. She performed oral on me, (the first time I'm receiving oral in my life), for about 1 minute and i got my sense and asked her to stop. Then i was just touching her clitoris which was slight wet and i masturbated my self while the condom was still on me. After a while the condom was removed and i went out. All this happened within 15 minutes which makes me regret and and mentally haunts me till today. Then i after a week i was sick, and food reflux and went to meet doc. I had some red spots and small bumps which was not painful or itchy. I went testing for HIV 17th day after expose, ELISA came negative. Then at week 5 i did rapid test with finger prick came negative, then at week 7 had done Elisa again it comes negative. What bothers me is I'm having some night sweats while sleeping (when i wake up in the morning i find my pillow and tshirt damp.I'm feeling dehydrated along the day and muscle twitches at times. I'm sorry the thread is long. I also lost some serious weight which could also be because I stopped fast food and only consuming home cook food. What bothers me is could i contract HIV? As far as I have read no HIV is transmitted the way i explained, but most of the symptoms is really scaring me out loosing my focus from my daily life and it's very depressing. Pleaseeeeeee help me with your advice. I'm sexually NOT active this massage was the only encounter. Is the 3 test conclusive or do i need to i wait for another 2 weeks and make it into 3 months and get tested again for the fourth time? Pls help me DR. Hunters handsfield.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".

The one minute of oral she performed on me..? Isn't it risky. There was a condom provided by her and I'm not sure on the quality. My weight has decreased drastically.

Because that's the only event that took place. So can i be sure it could not be HIV. I did twice the full std test in private clinic and lab here in malaysia. At 17th day and 7 weeks. Both came negative

Thanks very much. I'm very concerned on the symptoms that i develop. There is no rash but the bumps comes and disappear it self, dry skin, chapped lips, I'm worried, but everyone i talk to says that there is no chance for HIV. But i just would like to be sure from the experts here.
