Anxious from multiple unprotected oral sex exposure

Good afternoon,

I am a western white guy in my 30s regularly working in south east Asia (Indonesia,  Philippines)  Though I am not particularly proud of my behavior since last January, I have had since then unprotected oral sex with 5 different "freelance" csw women met in five-star hotel nightclubs or in bars for local expatriates:

Among those 5 encounters:
- all included unprotected fellatio from the girl (no ejaculation)
- I gave an unprotected cunnilingus to 2 of these girls
- I received anulingus from 2 of these girls
- all vaginal sex has always been protected with western made condoms (no incident).

I have never see blood in these girls mouths (or anywhere)  though they all brushed their teeth when arriving at my hotel room. On my side, I have a sometimes bleeding dental sore at the back of my mouth.

I have so far no symptom and my last exposure goes to back to 5 weeks and a half.

I am now back home and though I carefully read and understand all high quality threads of this forum, including replies from all worldwide known experts stating oral sex is very low risk, I would like to know if I reasonably could move on with unprotected sex with my beloved girlfriend without fearing of infecting her with HIV or if I definitely need testing (apart from thee need of stopping to worry myself) before I resume sex with her.

I am specifically concerned about my multiple exposure and of the health of my girlfriend. Obviously, no need to say that I have been keeping worrying for now several weeks.

Thank you in advance for your wise replies.

Whish you all the best and thanks again for providing  so many pieces of scientifically-based information on this great forum.

Kind regards.

I would get tested for OTHER STIs before you resume sex but with no conern over HIV.

Annalingus falls under oral sex and like I said, the only form of oral that carries a theoretical to very low risk is giving fellatio.

Thank you for taking of your time to reply my previous post and calm my worries.
Does it goes as well for receiving anulingus?
Also before we close this thread,  may you confirm that resuming sex with my girlfriend without testing with regards to these specific exposures is basically safe?
Thanks again.

You seriously have had no risk. Only giving fellatio is considered a risk albeit a very low end one. Getting sucked is not a risk in anyway and every doctor you will speak to will tell you that they can not think of any scenario or instance where a male has become positive from getting sucked.

Giving cunnilingus is no risk at all.

Only unprotected anal and vaginal sex is a sexual risk. Where a condom for those activities and you'll be well protected.
