Is this HIV phobia

On 4th February. I met a gay man at his home. I fisted him with gloves and a lot of lube. After thật at 8 week after this event i tested HIV combo Ag/Ab and the result is Negative 0.06.
Bút i always worry about i will be infected by HIV.  I feel affraid of everything regards to HIV such as Film poster...i always doubt everyone around me is positive with HIV.
Last week i went to gay sauna bút i don't have any sexual activities. But i still worry i can get infection with HIV or STDs from the seat and the floor in sauna.

The ONLY way to get HIV is...

Unprotected anal sex
Unprotected vaginal sex
sharing needles with a HIV+ person (IV drug using)
Babies from breastfeeding from a HIV+ mum.

Even then it is not guaranteed as HIV is a very fragile virus and dies instantly with contact to air.

If you did not meet any of the above there is no chance of HIV.

Also a test at 4 weeks is accurate. so 8 weeks is def good!

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There is no reason to test following no-risk events like the ones you describe.  If you do not do either of the above activities with someone of unknown HIV status, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV.
