Hiv I went to a ...

Hello

Today I went to a clinic and the nurse there told me that I may have had a chance of exposed to the Hiv, just the fact that if the precum touched and gets in the head of penis hole, then I am at a high risk of having hiv , I dont know if I did touch the *** or not. so am I goner?

does anyone have experience in this to easy my mind. because I may have contact with precum on the tip of my penis, as she told me, and
this makes me worried she told me will take 3 months to know if I'm negitive , or positive

thank youi.
