Back pain and HIV

Hi
I had an on covered oral sex with a spa girl on 10th April. This was for 2min max and I did not ejaculate in her mouth. On 7th may I had protected sex with a sex worker. There was no condom break. But I do have a rash on my groin due to psoriasis. I do not now whether her vaginal fluid touched that area. but I did not see any.
On 15th May I had fatigue like symptoms. I was not feeling well at all. had some cold also. But there was no fever (High temperature) I felt that i'm hot but nothing showed in the temperature meter
I had some sore through also for one day. I had a mild headache also but not for a long time. All the time I had hungriness but loss of appetite. I had belching. My back started paining and then the stomach.
I did the rapid test on 23rd May and it was negative.
I met a doctor and a blood test was done on 25th and had a high white blood count with a high neutrophil count and a little less lymphocytes. Then doctor prescribed me with an antibiotic. With that I had a little diarrhea also for couple of days. But some of my symptoms went out. Still on 30 I feel very tired and also have a neck pain and little headache time to time with the back pain.
Do I need to worry on HIV and do I need to test again.
Thanks

Yes. But the second one was protected sex. I just worry whether it can be transferred through Psoriasis rash.

Hello,
Do acute HIV symptoms can appear on one side of the body only. Because I have arm, neck, back of the head, leg and back pains in right side of the body only. Also I feel like right side lymph nodes are little paining. but they are not swollen. I have a neck pain also in right side. But nothing can be seen inside the throght. Just feel little uncomfortable?

Hi,
No need to worry.
There is no risk of hiv transmission for the incidents you describe.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child
Take care
