Itchy rash on forearms

Was in FL for a week and got a rash on my forearms primarily.  Raised red area, itchy.  Read that it may be due to sun exposure but it usually effects women, but then read it can be a symptom of HIV infection.  Not sure of my exposure sexually.  Doesnt seem to be getting much better but not worse.  Doesn't seem to be spreading beyond my forearms and a bit on either side below my armpits.  I never get rashes, so I am really worried this could be HIV related.

No, it doesn't, and if it were related to HIV it would occur "recently" after a risk exposure, such as unprotected anal or vaginal sex.

If you haven't had unprotected sex in awhile (months), then you can simply get an HIV test and put your mind at ease.

Unsure of my exposure.  I dont recall having unprotected sex recently.  Does a rash like this sound like HIV related?  I assumed it was likely related to the sun exposure.  Its only on my forearms and a bit near my armpits on both sides.  Extremely itchy and gets very red when I scratch it.
