15 partners, 5 months- getting tested with PCR DNA.

I have had 15 hookup partners in the past 5 months.

I am 24, gay, anal sex virgin. No drugs whatsoever- very straight-edge here.

With these 15 men, exposures include unprotected oral, rubbing penis near my anus, ejaculation landing in my eye, mutual masturbation.

I am getting tested next week with HIV PCR DNA. Please, wish good things for me. In the future I am going to become abstinent, even though I am technically still a "virgin."

The guy I am dating last night and I engaged only in mutual masturbation. Can I still test next week, or do I need to now wait a few more weeks?

None of that is a risk, sexually speaking the only thing that is a risk is unprotected anal or vaginal sex penetrative sex, the rest is irrelevant.  Seriously.

This sort of sexual activity happens all the time all around the world, if it were a risk we would know by now and would advise appropriately.  Its been 30 years since this started and we have a very very good idea on how transmission occurs.

You are dealing with fear not fact.

Well you don't need to be.

You do not have HIV, you did not have a risk.

No need. you really have ZERO risk. If you still keep worried, get a 6-8 week test and stop worrying, a 3 month test will finally prove my words. Good luck!

thanks Teak. I am just hoping I don't get a false positive.

But, you really think I never had a risk out of 15 partners? Ages range from 23-34.

You never had an exposure and PCR-DNA tests are not approved HIV diagnostic tests.
