I've made a huge mistake

After a night of drinking I had brief oral sex (just seconds no fluids in mouth) and penis stimulation (mutual)(I laid on the bottom while he did his thing with his-jiz at some point made contact w/ my penis and tip/urethra.  I feel I might be at risk for hiv.

I've had fatigue, soreness, headaches, cold sweats, diarrhea, itchy rashes, dry mouth, and my biggest concern candiasis/thrush which is white stuff on my tounge and back of throat, white patches on side of tounge, dry lips, grainy cheeks, and a red bloody bump on inside of cheek, cheek tends to hurt a little bit (feels like if I bit the side of my lip and cheeks feel swollen).

The person I had this contact WAS a friend so I thought, who made me believe he was (-tive).  I really have only been with this one guy as I prefer women and I knew he had just broken up w/ his GF.

After the incident I went and tested negative at 6 weeks because I began feeling symptoms.  Then, he e-mailed me after my multiple requests to tell me he tested and that "his tests" came back negative but he never said HIV specifically and wouldn't contact me for a long time.

I am afraid because I don't think he really is negative especially when he out of nowhere deleted his facebook account.  Also, how could I be experiencing all these symptoms, especially the current mouth/pain/candiasis/nasty taste in mouth problem.  If he was "negative" and I know I was 100% negative how come I have symptoms?

How risky was what I did because I feel that it could have been really high?  I feel like such an idiot because I know better than to mess around like this.  I didn't do anything anal, I just wish his semen had never touched my entire penis.

How much semen has to touch urethra to infect and does it have to travel into penis or just touch urethra???

Help me please, I think my life is ruined

Thanks but then why am i feeling sick and my mouth swollen and painful and nasty white (that's not how my normal tongue/mouth/and throat look like)?

Could someone answer the questions I posted on my original post?

Why have I felt sick for so long?  Where are these symptoms coming from?
