first time user - losing sleep over this- anal help!!!

PLEASE help me! I have done nothing at work at all but google this for 3 days and I need some sound advice. I am
a 28 year old homosexual male. I met a man I didn't really know and he gave me a full body massage using lotion. He massaged my anus for quite some time and it had been a very long while since I have been touched there. By the evening time I began to feel irritation and specifically itchiness in my anal region. This has continued for almost 5 days now. I do not have any obvious marking of infection, nor any leaking of fluid, etc. It feels like there might be a little bump just inside but that isn't particularly itchy there. Where it itches, I place a finger slightly inside for temporary relief (and to be honest because I cannot stop obsessing about it). I do not believe the man was touching himself during the massage (he was fairly inactive altogether) nor did I notice any obvious warning signals. I have been using creams which don't seem to be helping. Well here are my questions, specifically:

1.) I do experience constipation and incomplete bowel movements frequently but I don't think I should attribute this to that because I have had the bowel issues for a long time with no other itching episodes; it would just be too coincidental I think.

2.) What could I concievably acquire (stds and I know I don't have HIV from this at least per my research) from somone fingering me for an extended period of time? What if his hands were dirty, cut, etc., what could have happened? an infection? a cut? an std? and do I really need to see a doctor for this?

Many, many thanks!

No, STDs and HIV are not transmitted by fingering.

Teak,

Thanks so much for your response (and for your responding to like everyone lol). May I just clarify my question very briefly please and I will not post again. I guess what I really need to know - and this is difficult because many websites are stating this is happening - whether, in your experience/opinion, it is concievable to recieve an infection or std from being touched in this way. I mean does it sometimes happen and which stds could be passed from this? Thank you for your time.

This has nothing to do with HIV or STDs. See a doctor for your itch.
