Teak and so many want to go by "guidelines"...read this one
http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources/qa/qa19.htm
Quick question. is there another virus that only enters throught he penis or vagina?
They bleep out c r a p ? Well ok! The studies didn't really involve more than 30 heterosexual men in relationships, is that enough to make a sweeping stament? in regards to cunniningus?
But it either does or it doesnt. having symptoms 4 weeks after that seem to emulate those of hiv mean nothing with my kind of exposure? can you give me a little more info as to why? By the way thank you for putting up with all us WW. Your a saint! sorry about all the ****.
He's a WW. He's not very knowledgeable. No you are not putting anyone at risk for HIV. HIV does not have specific symptoms.
There are no so called classic symptoms because ive had them from what i can understand them to be?
Im not putting anybody at risk though right? by the way jakes post for medhelp seems pretty usless to this thread. Is he just trying to scare people, or is it just the cdc?
You don't need to test. If you want to test and collect your negative result, if that will make you feel better, then do it.
I have heard from aidsmeds that it is no risk. I guess i was just looking for a second opinion, not an argument. Teak sould i, just ingnore this guy or go get tested(cunnilingus breif,bj)?
Boss, consumption of semen is certainly not the right mechanism of HIV transmission, the gastric acid in the stomach inhibits the virus. I hope this is logical & scientific explanation for you.
Should you feel to dispute that, you can go ahead and do that however, I'd keep saying oral sex is practically not a risk.
In hopes to get the real facts to those that really have a concern. I'll only put up with him a short while.
Give a reason why anyone would want yours?
You have already been found to be untrue and ambigous on your feelings of testing.
One minute you LIVE by CDC guidleine about tesitng...and the next you say oral sex is no risk...but they say they do
PICK ONE!
What, that he couldn't answer the question? Give me a break. He didn't put me in my place by no means. Why on earth would anyone come here to listen to you give advise when you have no idea what you are talking about jake? You don't know anything about HIV, transmission or testing. Give a reason why anyone would want your advice.
obviously Dr. Handfield thought the same about you:
READ THIS!!
Dr. Handfield put you in YOUR PLACE!

can hiv be transmitted from oral sex on a women?
5-6 years OLD! that is considered outdated for scientific purposes
read the latest on thebody.com
read the DATES!
OUTDATED!!!
Then I would suggest you read the studies that were completed by the CDC and the USF.

and even the liberal doctors of the HIV forum even say that oral sex is a risk
p toole.....you need to read up on HIV infection.
Performing oral sex IS a risk.
Not what some guy with HIV has to say on here.
ps don't take any offense, teak isnt some random guy, you are, and so am I.
Im sorry im not the poster and have a different exposure so now i feel bad for hijacking matio's thread. sorry matio.
