When symptoms appear..

So,I just have a question,nothin more.
When hiv symptoms appear, they appear one by one or all at once? I heard here they appear all at once. Thank you!:-)
Oh,I forgot something,if someone present hiv symptoms,he must have high fever? I just wanna educate myself.

Hey Teak, I don't know how to use this very well so I'll type my comment again.  Last month in August, I had a possible exposure to HIV.  I was the insertive partner in an anal sexual act.  Let me say that condom was used it was the SKYN (Lifestyles) since I am allergic to latex.  I don't know if the condom broke/tear since I didn't ejaculate in it, I pulled out took it off and came on the person's chest.  2 weeks later, I developed a rash on the head of the penis and had it since.  I am into 4 weeks already and had an oraquick test, now I know that Is not conclusive.  My question is, could this rash be a sign of ARS?  Are condoms break noticeable?
