Just need reassurance

Hi there!
I think I already know my answer but just want the opinion of someone in the know. Basically, long story short, I had protected sex with a guy but on withdrawal, the condom slipped and came off inside (I am pretty certain half was hanging out but obviously, I don't take note of those kind of things at the time and he noticed and pulled it out really quickly). Then a week after, I got a really sore throat (but I am prone to those anyway) and a bad cold. Thing is, deep down I know I am negative but I am terrified of blood tests (had one too many bad experiences) and I feel it's just not worth putting myself through it for such a low risk. I just want to know what you guys think. I am suffering from an ear infection atm and it's really playing havoc with my logical thinking! I would be ever so grateful if you an help.
Thank you so much for all the great work you guys do!

p.s: I am English and he is Finnish I but I doubt this has much meaning going by what I have read up on
