I don't know who encouraged you to get tested for HIV from your no-risk exposure, but they were incorrect.
Lancets don't transmit HIV. Only hollow-bore needles with syringes attached that are used to inject substances directly into your blood stream are a risk for HIV. It doesn't matter whether the lancet was clean, dirty, had blood on it, or whatever - ZERO risk for HIV.
You didn't need to test for HIV at all since you never had a risk for HIV. You definitely don't need to test again.
