Losing my mind?

After a sexual encounter, I waited 3 months to be tested but this period was the worst era of my life. I've suffered too much to the extent that I thought killing myself due to anxiety.

I have had two HIV DUO tests at 6 weeks and 3 months. Both were negative. However, after the second one my mind has started playing games. I began to believe that the needle for blood drawing was not sterile and I have been infected by the nurse accidentally. I am still suffering.

What do you think? A doctor on internet advised another patient that blood drawing is not risk even the needle is not sterile because someone is pulling the blood out by vacuum, so it is impossible to inject hiv contaminated blood. What is your opinion?

Secondly, is my thinking due to extreme stress of the last 3 months and I can't get rid of hiv issue? Am I the only one?

Please help me. Life is unbearable.
