Lots of "Low Risk" Exposures, Can I Be Positive?

Hello!  I have had several encounters with people of known (now, not at the time) HIV positive status which has included deep kissing and minimal unprotected oral sex (both the giver and the receiver).  I am only the top when I have anal sex and have never had unprotected anal sex (I always use a condom).  I have never taken body fluids and may only possibly have taken a minimal amount if providing oral sex.  This has all been within the past 2 1/2 years.  I have had lots of changes to my body since then - more headaches than usual, random thinning around my nose, jawline, and forehead, hard and more pronounced salivary glands.  Really, I haven't felt my 100% self.  Sure, maybe this could just be "in my head", but realistically, what is the chance of exposure and a test showing up positive?

As jaydheretohelp said, as a sexually active person, it is usually advised to get screened for all STDs once a year. However, non of the activities you mention have ever put you at risk for HIV.

jaydheretohelp, compared oral sex to winning the lottery. There is a difference. People do actually win the lottery, but there has never been a confirmed case of HIV transmission through oral sex.

Your chances are extremely low based on what you describe, you're doing great by taking care of your self by using condoms. I totally agree with jaydheretohelp answer.

We'll certainly there is some risk involved in your activities. Oral sex ,in regards to hiv, is of almost zero risk. Can it happen? Sure but you could also hit the lottery tomorrow.  As far as the anal sex, of course it's risky but you say you've used condoms which hiv cannot penetrate. I would get tested periodically just for peace of mind and continue to practice safe sex.  The headaches, well I had them too for months, and it turns out mine were stress related as I tested negative and they became less frequent.
