HIV transmission

I fell in the frozen icy-snow had a few cuts both my wrists and saw blood so i went into the toilet pour water and then was in the bar so i pour some beer on it to try and sterilize it.Then i was in the bar and was quite drunk but had no sexual intercourse that night nor did i kiss anybody but could HIV be transmitted if somebody touched me on those cuts or held me over there on my wrists as there was my blood on my cuts ?

Yes I understand , but then if somebody touched those wounds i had as they were completely fresh ice cuts as i got the cuts right 2 minutes before entering the bar they were on my wrists. And I was touched at that part not my mouth but my hands.
Can HIV be transmitted if somebody touched me on  my bleeding open wounds or not , or if it came in contact with saliva/sweat/blood ?
(I washed it with water then poured alot of beer on it to try and clean it right after the cut.)

NO...hiv is not transmitted outside its host.
