Massage Dilema..hiv?

hi, a few months ago I visited a massage parlour and had a massage that finished with a "happy ending" unprotected. I know this question has been asked before but I just needed some reassurance as lately I've been getting a bit stressed about the repercussions of this. Is there any chance of contacting hiv from this kind of exposure? A week or so after I had a cold but there was a bit going around at the time and the only other thing I've had more recently is slightly sore underarms which i'm not sure if its lymph related. The place looked clean and im sure her hands were too but im just looking at worst case scenario. I've booked into a doc next week just to check as its really worrying me. Also how common is it for straight guys to catch it? Any help appreciated.
