People without ARS symptoms seroconvert earlier???

it this true that people WITHOUT AVR symptoms seroconvert earlier than those who show early symptoms???
i read this a few places
is this because their immune systems are stronger and hence produce antibodies more quickly????

i know that getting tested at 3 and 6 months post exposure is THE only way
but still i am curious

it has been 4 weeks since i had a possible LOW risk encounter
i got tested at 4 weeks for antibodies and it came out NEGATIVE,i also DID NOT notice anything out of the usual in this period. no fever, rashes etc etc

PLEASE give a reply
i am going to get tested at 13 weeks but just curious as i have exams and want to get rid of the anxiety
