Mouth lesions and HIV link?

Hello. A week ago I developed a mouth ulcer that I initially thought was a result of biting myself on the inner side of the cheek. I went to get it checked yesterday and the dr sent me to test for syphilis / HIV given my sexual history. Briefly:
Two encounters with men I met online that included deep kissing, fellatio on both sides and rimming.
Tomorrow morning I'm going to get the tests done but I wanted to assess the risk I have in this scenario considering I  had a mouth lesion that may have gone unnoticed. Also what is the risk if I do test positive for syphilis. I heard HIV is easier to pass when other STDs are present.

Thank you in advance.

Since you didn't answer the QUESTION in the previous advice I will answer it for you. No there wasn't a penis in my anus and the men didn't inject me with a needle while they kissed me so there was zero risk and I should stop wasting my own time with silly hiv ideas. You ignored the advice here before so I'm not sure why you are asking for more, or where you found the wacky doc who thinks you had an hiv risk.

Sorry! I thought it was rhetorical questions.... And yes, I did follow the advice. I wasn't at all worried until the doctor mentioned the risk of HIV along other STIs.
I have no idea why you thought it was rhetorical. I can't make it any simpler and it is all you need to know about hiv prevention.
Hi again. Sorry for being so fearful but I got my test results:

VDRL = inconclusive. (reactive with no dilution). Advised to take a fluorescent test.

HIV= negative

I'm very VERY paranoid about this HIV test turning positive given the fact that I read the VDRL can be inconclusive in presence of HIV, and that you can get false negatives (for HIV) when testing during the window period. What are the odds of it being a false negative??

No there wasn't a penis in my anus and the men didn't inject me with a needle while they kissed me so there was zero risk and I should stop wasting my own time with hiv ideas. Therefore I should go back to my normal life.
