I’m too wearied
I have unprotected anal sex with unknown person I was top for about 1 minute and ejaculated in him after that became too wearied after six weeks I do the P24 test and I was negative, after eight weeks I do HIV1 & HIV2 test 3rd generation after three months I do HIV1 & HIV2 test 3rd generation and all STD diseases and all results were negative. Is that mean I’m free from the HIV help me please

Yes you are completely free from HIV. Be more careful from now on and wear rubbers or even better verify status beforehand by testing.
