I'm scared to death! Pls help!

I went to a massage parlour 4 months ago. And it was my first experience. The women there gave me a oral sex for few seconds. Before which she asked me to clean my penis. Then I had the tissue like cloth on me again. I was guilty after reaching back home. I went to take bath and I found jock itch in the thigh and groin intersection. I used my bleach based Nivea face wash scrubber to clean my penis and the groin area which did have a burning sensation at that point. Few days later, I had one single sore or ulcer in my penis exactly at the skin which joins my head and the shaft. And then i also had a cloudy discharge with red rashes. I got candida cream and I applied some turmeric powder and the sore went of in few days though it was very painful till the sore was there. Then after two months I again got the red rashes and white discharge.  Also, I had fever mild around 100F for three to four days. I consumed some antibiotics on these three days. After which I had vomiting symptoms. I did applied tea tree oil and coconut oil and this did reduced the rashes and it's all gone. I used to have cold sores in my lip like from my childhood. This made me scared and I took STD test for almost every disease like herpes, syphillus, hepatitis, chalymdia, gonneraea and also HIV around 3 months after from the day I went in for the massage.
I got the results with herpes HSV1 antigen positive and all the other results are negative. But, I had HIV RNA test after 3 months which said not detected results. But I'm worried if I have got HIV still since I missed the antigen testing. Since I had issues with eating with this fear. I went for routine body check up at fourth month. And everything is normal from ultrasonic of abdomen and kidney, endoscope of digestive track, all are normal except two things. Presence of mucus in yeast cell and protein in urine test. I have mild fever on and off, not much sore throat, pain in legs or joints, weight loss around 4 lbs in three months, I still see white discharge with no rashes, mild tingling at tip of penis and when I'm really scared I get some Diaherrea. I'm really stressed. Could anyone help if I have chances of HIV. Or is this untreated balanitis related symptoms. Doctors are giving me a lot of antibiotics. Pls help!

Hello, any HIV test taken three months after exposure are conclusive. Testing overrules any symptoms, and what you describe doesn't sound like anything related to HIV.

You could ask in the STD forum regarding other STD's symptoms.
