Semen on skin - protected oral sex - frenchkissing

Hello.
I have read that semen on your skin, protected oral sex and frechkissing have a very low probability of infection with hiv. But low probability doesn't mean zero risk so I would like to know if you consider that I put myself at risk. I have read different sources and I don't have a clear idea yet. The thing is that I had two encounters, one in July and another one in August. There was mutual protected oral sex, frenchkissing and also touching of sexual organs without protection. In one of the encounters, the guy ejaculated on my thigh. Would it be a possibility of infection with these practices? There are times that I am relaxed because as far as I know it's very difficult to get hiv by these things but other times I get really really worried so I would like to hear your expert opinion.
Thank you very much for your help. You are doing a great job with this forum.
