Mutual Maturbation - Semen touched my penis

Hi.

I had a mutual masturbation with a guy which I really don't know the HIV status.
The truth is that while masturbating each other, he came first and used his sperm to lubricate me, and obvioulsy it touched my whole penis.

I'm REALLY worried about it, even checking medical websites and seeing this situation is low (zero?) risk.

Could you please help me out?

You never had an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

Dear Teak,

I'd like to thank you very much for the prompt answer.

From the bottom of my heart, I hope this doesn't offend you (it's not my intention at all), I want to trust in your answer more than anything. Nevertheless I feel like asking you due to my concern: do you work for any health institution, or what experience do you have about it professionally?

Again, sorry for sounding like a paranoid, but it's just to be sure and have a simply sleeping night, although I see based on you reputation at the forum that you're a great expert on these matters.

Thanks and may God bless you (sorry for the bad English)
