Mutual masturbation for a brief period, assuming the partner's hand had genital fluid residual

Ok, this is a simple but well elaborated question I thought many of us including me might have: If a male partner masturbated and had residual precum or just residual still on his hand and then masturbates me , is that possible to contract HIV?
How quickly does HIV dies when on residual precum on the hand? Thanks a lot

The virus doesn't die it was never alive. Yes the host is the body.

Thanks for the answer Teak, but to be more specific... even in residual fluid once in contact with the air, then the virus dies is that correct? By host you meant someone's body?

NO.  HIV is not alive.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
