Just worry about incident

Yesterday I met one of my friends whom diagnosed hiv positive 3 months ago so we just spend some times together and went to cinema , cafe and ate at restaurant but when I came back to my home I noticed a drop of blood on my clothes mostly splashed from his finger I lost my mind and I put some sanitizer on it then going to bathroom and I washed it rinsed with soap and water but I did not used gloves because I was in hurry and worry so I  forgot to wear it I have some cuts in my hands due to skin problem but not bleeding now please advise me there is any risk I don't know if the blood drop touched my body but I don't think so I saw it on my clothes out side and using sanitizer could inactive the virus before washing it with water and soap with out gloves please do I need to test to think about it

Ok thank you a lot diver please I want to know I tested negative 23/4/2013 for hiv and hepatitis C&B so I don't have sexual activities or needles sharing drug works or something like that but I have some sores in my mouth and cuts bleeding sometimes due to damaged teeth and decay about 4 damaged broken teeth and I used to eat every day at restaurants Sandwich everything my concern if fresh infected blood leaked to the food from hiv positive worker in restaurant and I ate it while eating and biting could the blood spread the virus through my sores and damaged teeth cuts or not possible should I be worry and test every 6 months or no I am worry about my family that is all help me please

These are just fears, not related to realities. Nobody is on the roads anywhere on the globe, carrying a syringe, filled with HIV infected blood. Reading your situation, you have no need to get yourself tested because your risk never existed

Thank you a lot that is mean I must put my fears behind me and move on ok another question please if possible if a person stepped on a needle and stuck him without his notice injured him if the needle contaminated with hiv + blood is that a risk or not please tell me when I have to  test for hiv thank you a lot
