I am concerned and worried.

I shared a plate of rice with an old friend in a party, while eating together, he took a bite from a piece of meat and i immediately ate the remaining beef that he bite from.

It was later that i found out that he was HIV positive. Am i at risk  ? Because he actually put the meat in his mouth and cut from it with his teeth ? Please answer and explain. As i am concerned and worried.
