Need Answer, please help.

I need someone's help to let me know my risk. About a year ago I went to a message parlor and received an hour long message. The lady was fully clothed, except for exposing one of her breasts later in the massage. My underwear was kept on until the last 5 minutes when the lady took them off and proceed to give me a hand job. A few days after that there was a stinging feeling in the tip of my penis that lasted about 4-5 days. Since then I have gotten burning sensations in my thighs that sometimes end up with a red dot other times do not. Also came with a solid red dot on my tongue. I went to a Clinic and got tested 10 days after exposure for HIV and STD's, but everything came back negative. Also my Doctor did a biopsy on one of the red bumps for Herpes 3 weeks after which revealed negative. After a month my right lower eyelid blew up, but has since gone done but I still has a small bump inside the eyelid. After 6 months I also started to notice very small splinter hemorrhages in my nails. Also on my back I got a weird looking purple pattern with dots on it, that went away within a day. Does anybody know what this is? Did I get HIV, or an STD, or something else from this encounter. Please help.

Are you sure? Even after all the symptoms I have been having even after a year? Not even a 1% chance?
