Need your guidence

Hi Doctor,

I have a habit of self masturbation not a mutual one. Recently, i heard a news that my uncle has a hiv, he is hiv positive. He stayed 20 days in my home, at that time, i don't know that he is hiv positive, he shared everything with us like utensils, bed sheets, toilets.. As i told you before i do masturbation. Now, my question is will i get hiv if his sere um or blood exists on bed sheets or on lap top or beds all non living objects?  if such body fluids exists on my finger and i masturbate directly. Is there any harm? One more thing, recently i faced one incident, while am traveling in crowded bus, one man stood behind me and he rubbed his private part directly on my back(butt ex). After a while i observed that and i moved aside. Will i get hiv in such a way?Recently i went out for a walk, one guy is walking opposite to me and i crossed him, i felt a pain on left hand, near wrist. I thought that he injected me hiv blood through injection. So, immediately rushedto a doctor and had hiv 1 and h2 antibody test. I got negative result.Suddenly one of my friend told me that if  hiv virus  is injected or transmitted it take at least 2 or 3 months time. Again  i was so scared a had a test after 30 days I got same negative result. Recently am facing symptoms such as throat pain, rashes, tinging in feet and fingers, skin problems.. I thought those are hiv symptoms. So, yesterday, again i went to clinic and had a hiv (1 and 2) test. Result is negative. Still am worried about the incidents.. Please help me doctor, i need to come out from this situation. Is there any possibility to get hiv in this way? please help me.. Do i need to take any more tests?

Hello,
this is not the doctors' forum . You can ask a doctor's advise here :

Please try to control your anxiety over this non risk incidents. Keep in mind that Hiv can only be transmitted through :
-unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration
-from mother to child
-by sharing drug works
