Needle prick healing time and corns on feet.

I recently went a massage. I had some blood tests done from my finger and arm about 9 hours before. Also had some corns on feet. So the massage lady halfway though the massage offered a hand job which I refused. But she did touch my fingers from where blood was taken earlier in the day. How soon do needle pricks heal?. Did I have any risk at all. also is there a risk of transmission though callouses or corns on feet?.

Although this is probably a low or no risk, I am feeling terrible anxiety and affirmation from experts can help me with my irrational fears.
