Was I at risk

Hey I need some help with something Ive been thinking about since my last exposure with another guy..I just need someone who has knowledge in the risks of hiv to help me out with this..I met a guy and he performed oral sex on me..After the oral sex we made genital to genital contact where he was using his precum and rubbing it onto the tip of my penis for a few seconds..After I got home I noticed a couple of really small abrasions on the tip of my penis that looked fresh..Im sure I got them from when he was giving me oral..The abrasions were healed by the morning so Im not sure how deep they were, but an open wound is an open wound..My question is if the precum he was using to rub on the tip of my penis got into those open abrasions was I at risk of contracting hiv? Thanks for reading and I would appreciate an answer from someone..

My bad that will be the last time..I'm not too educated on the in depth details of the virus so sometimes it's hard to hear a bold statement without any explaination..Thank you both for your time and I think it's great how you help ease people's mind..Take care

Ok I understand that, but would the masturbation and mixing his precum on a fresh cut he gave me on the tip of my penis while giving me oral be something to worry about
