Night Sweats but no fever.

So I have been having these night sweats, and I looked it up on the internet if it was a symptom of an std, one thing I found is it was, and I'm constantly anxious about it, because I have been diagnosed with HSV-2 wherein I also posted here: (http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Herpes/Std-with-male-to-male-encounter/show/2697971#post_13051424) So is it HIV? I had a test but it was just a few days after the contact, as of now it is 1 month after the contact, the results were negative though, so Im really confused since I had a runny nose, then a cough due to phlegm,I also had a case of allergies, allergic rhinitis is what I remember from past diagnosis, now the cough and runny nose is gone but I still have night sweats, no fever, no sore throat etc., is this HIV or Im just anxoius? please help.

I had an encounter exactly a month ago with a male to female trans, who said that he was clean, we had unprotected oral sex and protected anal sex with lube, I didn't ejaculate inside, but outside, wherein i removed the condom and ejaculated, 2 or 3 days after i had itching all over my body *note: before the encounter i had a stressful month with just 4 hours of sleep every weekdays. So at the fourth day i got checked and was diagnosed with hsv-2 which was still unsure since there were only singular pimple like blisters/lesions that heal in about 48 hours or less, some does not even make it in six hours that appears as rash, but they gave me acyclovir just to be sure anf 1 or 2 days after taking the acyclovir i felt weak but my body doesn't function weak till i reached the last pill of medication, so wehn the results came out as negative i was sent to the dermatologists which was a bit confused in the lesions so they gave me cetirizine and a hypo lotion.
