Risk of HIV

Hi all,

I have just returned from three recent exposures, and I am really worried about whether I was at risk of HIV. Please please help.

First of all, I went to a massage parlour and got a 'Hand Job' from the woman there. I have cuts around the tip of my penis by my foreskin after my ex-girlfriend was overly vigorous one time. They keep tearing and are open cuts, which bleed whenever i have sex - full, oral or handjob. Anyway, I regrettably inserted my fingers into the worker's vagina during this incident (which was very wet), and after I had ejaculated, she cleaned my fingers with a wet tissue from her bag (wiping away all the juices) and then immediately used the same tissue to wipe my penis (particulary around tip and open cuts) - covering it. It really stung, once she did this - i assume the juices were entering my open wounds. She was wiping very hard, and she cleaned my other hand, which also had juices, and did the same again. Again, there were many juices on the tissue, which obviously entered my open wound. Am I at risk?

Second incident, I again visited a 'dodgy' massage parlour with many girls in Asia. Again, with open cuts by my foreskin join and around it (minor bleeding when engaging in sexual activity), I received 4x oral sex (no protection), full sexual intercourse (with protection), body soap massage where my penis continuously touched (unprotected) her vagina and juices as she grinded me (but I believe no actual entry) and handjobs from masseurs who touched their own vagina. Also, there appeared to be blood on the bed before I made love to one of the workers there. She touched it to check, and it appeared to be dryish. She then carried on giving me unprotected oral - but held my penis and tip with the hand she touched the blood with. We had intercourse, but we used protection.

Third incident, I had unprotected oral sex from a worker, and there was a lot of blood after from my penis open cuts - as she had been pulling too hard. Some dripped onto the floor. We had intercourse also, but protected. I could feel the wounds tearing as I had intercourse, but carried on, as I was wearing protection.

Please can you let me know if I am at risk at all, as I am really worried. I know it was stupid, but really need your advice.

Many thanks.

Thanks for the reply guys. I had originally planned to go get checked up at the clinic, and have been worrying about it for a long time. After this advice, can I safely say that there's no need to get checked out? Hope you won't mind answering me this and giving me that final bit of reassurance. Really grateful.

You never had a risk for HIV even with the cut on your penis. Hand jobs, oral sex and protected vagina sex were all no risk for HIV
