No risk or low risk exposure?

Hello and thank you guys because you are making such an effort here to provide informations about HIV
Here is my situation!3 weeks ago I met a CSW lady!we didn't have sex!I had only touched her vagina and there is a possibility to touch my penis with the same hand! Moreover she definetely touched and mastrubated her self and then mastrubated me!So there was some vaginal fluid on her hand! All my worries begin because at this time I had a wound at my penis! It wasn't bleeding but it was at healing progress and had blood clotted(I assume this is the right term to tell the thick barrier which is provided when we have wounds),Is there any possibility to get HIV through this situation?I made a research on the internet and almost all say that mutual mastrubation is a non risk activity for HIV, as long as there are non wounds, cuts, etc!So this got me pretty anxious since a had a wound which was not bleeding at that time!Thank you once again!!

I have read a similar situation here, doctor Edward Hook said that there isn't a risk even if you have open wounds or something like that, so i belive that it isnt a risk situation. Wish you luck :)

You had no risk of HIV because you can't get HIV from touching HIV. You are so safe that you don't even need to test. There is nothing to be anxious about.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air which means it is effectively dead as soon as it leaves someone's body so it can't infect from touching or oral. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with but you didn't do that so you had no risk. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc air does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching it. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make your situation a risk.
