HIV through blisters

Hello everyone,

During my holidays, as usual, I walked barefoot on the beach. But I don't know if it a risk or not, because I got blisters after an intense hiking. I don't remember if they had healed at this moment, but I quickly put a dressing on them, which came out.

Are they "open wounds" that can allow HIV to enter in my body, for example if I walked on a trace of blood on the sand or on a rock where other vacationers cut themselves?

Can you explain why there is a risk or not?

Thank you!

HIV is unable to reproduce outside it's living host,it becomes inactive and therefore unable to infect you.

Yes, but is it instantaneous?

And is a blister (almost healed) a wound that could allow HIV to enter?

any blood that you might have encountered would not be infectious.  once hiv is exposed to air, it becomes unable to infect.
