OMG ..... I will do suicide

Hi, i am 28 years male, Actually I had unprotected veginal sex 3 month ago with a high risk prostitute.
I had done 2 HIV Test, at  3 month post exposure,
both I took same day different Lab, When i took the result I found CMIA came Negative, and ELISA (I dont know wich gen) came Possitive, how possible is this ?
Please tell me the right way , what i should to do ?
I am very scared about HIV.

What do you mean you just took test without clinics advice? You said you went to 2 different clinics. Didn't someone help you with the tests?

Bro. I just took Test without any clinic's advice, i live in Pakistan and here live with hiv so strange, which test i should to bleive ?

Whoever told you you had a pos result is who you need to ask for further testing, to sort out if it could be a false pos or not.

what did the clinic told you abou poz result ?it may be false pozs..

I took personally in labs, i still didnot contact any therapist/dr

Becoz i have flu, feve and headache since 10 days, my friend told me ELISA method is the best , but in my mind were CMIA, Please help what should i do ?  I'm beside myself with anxiety, i dont know which is conclusive ? Is there can be Labs mistakenly it happend ?
