quick question on oral (receptive)

I have not had sex since Jan 17, 2010 and have been tested HIV negative a few times after via rapid, the last one being 7mos post exposure. A month or so back, I gave my boyfriend an unprotected BJ. There was a lot of precum, and I don't have a+ dental health, not to mention I was diagnosed. With HSV last year (he knows) although I never had any outbreaks ever that I know of. The bj lasted about 15 minutes off and on. Any risk if he is HIV+? (He hasn't been tested in a while but promises to go) thanks
