On the line...

HI, i had unprotected sex as a top a month ago so i decided to have a rapid test 2 weeks after that, there was a very faint line on my test on the T area and the guy said he had to confirm the result so he applied another rapid test and it was negative. He said he had to apply another  test to confirm the result, i waited for 2 weeks and he said they could not determinate my status the result was "indeterminate" and he wants me to have one more to detect if there is virus in my body, he calls it the viral load test.
I have not had any synthom like diarrea or fever i am gaining weight due to i work out a lot and i am not feeling bad at all. Four months before of this time i had sex with a positive guy he is undetectable and having medications,i topped him for a minute without condom and a month later i had 2 tests the rapid and the early test, the last one is applied for the University of San Diego and it can detect the viral load in your body even days after the expossure, both came back negative. I have been looking for information and found some cases like mine with a positive result, one of my friends had the same issue and he ended up being negative so i am really confused and worried about it. They say i should wait for 3 months to get a test again but i would like to know if i can do something before cause waiting for 3 months sounds like hell!! what should i do? should i go to the doctor? should i consider myself hiv positive? Thanks..

I suggest you stop putting yourself at risk and always use latex condoms from now on. You are playing with fire!

See as i understand u r a guy who had sex with a guy RIGHT?
well if u know the guy i.e 24 hrs u wud know where u stand as far as HIV is concerned.
Secondly its advisable to wait 12 weeks or so to test after an exposure like yours.

Why dunt u ask the guy u had sex with to test...as this will definitely put ur stress aside.

From next time have SAFE SEX... I.E WITH a CONDOM !!

If you tested positive you would be given a Western Blot to confirm the results. No you are not positive until your test is confirmed. If you would have used a condom you wouldn't be in this mess.

You can have the viral load test like the tester suggested.  If negative that would be a good sign.  But, confirm the result with an Elisa test at the three month mark.  Always practice safe sex in the future.  Good luck.
