One question need to be answered

One guy spit saliva in my anus afternoon.There's one little wound on my anus this morning when I use the paper too hard in washroom.any risk?

Absolutely. As long as you had no unprotected anal and/or vaginal intercourse, you had no risk.

i do not know why i am afraid.is there really no need to be worried about it?is it totally safe?

No risk.   And there's no need to ask, "What is there in blood in their saliva?" because it is still not a risk.
