One-time brief exposure, risk of HIV

I get massages, no extra. Last time, I weak, lonely, let her shower me, started oral me briefly, then she stopped put lubricated condom on me. She rubbed our genitals together few minutes and want sex. I sat up to stop and she jumped on lap, wrapped legs around me and she thrust on me a few times before I lift her off. I never sex before but think penetration when she did this before I lift her off. I saw condom on before and I took it off after but can't remember coverage or if broken - more I remember, more imagine worse. Told her no sex, she said she sex with many men everyday. Heard 50% sex workers have HIV in Southeast Asian country. Convinced I have HIV, ruined life and can't work, sleep, eat. 7 days now, plan take combo test at 2, 3, 4 weeks. I scared and ashamed.

So, she took the time to put a condom on you. One would then surmise that she is aware and does not want to get hiv from her client. You had a condom on. Your anxiety is making you think otherwise as you remember having it on and taking it off. Breaking is noticeable and only the head of your penis needs to be covered. The only risks for Air inactivates the virus and to me, this sounds like an anxiety issue.
