Open wound in my scrotum

Dear doctor,

I cut myself with my hair trimmer on my scrotum (on the right side). I had a small open wound (around 2 to 4 mm). Later and after 9 hours I had protected sex with a sex worker twice (one vaginale and one anal). The open wound was not bleeding but I can still see the wound with a little blood.
Is there any risk of getting any STD like HIV knowing that my open wound (not sure) might have had in contact with the vaginale or anal fluid ?
Also I was wondering if the scrotum (right side) can get in contact with the vaginale fluid knowing the sex worker was on top of me ?
Appreciate your answer.

Sir,

I had protected sex with a prostitite. But i had minor rashes from nail scratch and skin irritation on testicles.Do i have chances of contracting HIV if the testicles have come in contact with her vaginal fluids?
