Opinions Needed Please

Hey All-
I have been reading alot of these boards since my exposure and stopped myself from posting a question that has been answered numerous times.  But now I'm alittle nervous and need some advice.  I recieved a BJ over six weeks ago from a person of unknown status and tested negative at 43 days.  However, now I developed some sort of sinus infection and post nasal drip that has me worried.  So my question is being that my exposure was low risk and I tested negative at 43 days, can I let this go?  Am I in the clear?

Please help.
Thanks.

So, I'm in the clear? I tested negative for full panel.   Can I resume sex with my wife?

Receiving a blowjob is not a risk at all.

Understood, but just by reading some of Dr.H's responses he says 6 week is almost conclusive especially in low risk situations. So do you think I should test again?  Is this nasal infection unrelated?  Just a little worried now.
