When was your test post 'exposure'?

I just noticed that my tongue does not look like it used to.  Some of my tastebuds are longer and more prominant in some spots than the other but they are stuck to my tongue so I don't think it is thrush ( i kno that you can scrape off)  I recently was on 2 antibiotics at the same time so I don't know if that can be a side effect of my tongue looking this way.  I had an unprotected incident a while back and was tested at 9 weeks.  Kind of left it at that after my result.   Can anyone help me of why my tongue looks like this.  B/c of the antibiotics?  What does it sound like it is?  Do I have to worry about HIV all over again?   I would appreciate it very much if someone can respond.

How many people know what their tongue looks like exactly?  I never looked at mine at all until the big ol HIV monster invaded my mind.

my exposure was last september and I was tested 9 weeks after.

I always thought mine was pretty white with slighly longer papillae. However, I only noticed bald spots 6-7 days after 'encounter.' Still testing negative so I don't think it's HIV (and spots have subsided and haven't even seen any last couple days). Anyways, farfrom, I'm about moved on from HIV, however I still am certain I contracted something (bacterial, viras, whatever) from either my particular experience or from my time at or enroute to/from the Philippines.
