Oral Sex, HIV & Diarrhea - Worried

In February this year, I had oral sex twice with a guy from Japan. I swallowed his ejaculate (quite a lot) twice or thrice. Since then I have been experiencing lots of gastrointestinal issues including unexplained diarrhea, and I'm not sure if there could be anything related to that oral sex experience, for example HIV.

I'm thinking of taking a HIV test but I'm quite terrified. Could anyone please shed some light on my risk level? Thank you in advance! <3

There is ZERO chance of HIV from this event as HIV is not transmitted via oral sex. Of  course regular testing of all STIs is good practice if you are sexually active but from this event you will not get HIV.

Thanks a lot! I'm not that active since this is covid period, and that's my only exposure this year. Thanks a lot for your reply <3
There is no reason to test for hiv since you had no exposure. See doc about your gastro problems because you might need medication.
Thanks a lot, I will do that, cheers.
