Here's the situation. I engaged in oral sex with a man last week. He gave me oral sex, and I gave him oral sex, although it was only for about 30 seconds, because I kinda chickened out. He did not ejaculate and I didn't see any pre-ejaculate. He fingered me vaginally and anally. He did masturbate and ejaculate afterwards.
He and I discussed our statuses before we engaged in this behavior, he had just gotten tested in June, and has only had protected with one woman since. I also recently got tested, at the end of February and was negative.
My question is, is there a real risk for HIV? What if there was dried semen on his hands when he fingered me? He did wait awhile after he ejaculated to do so, and assured me that there was nothing on his hands.
Am I stressing for no reason?

I should probably also mention that I have HSV1 genitally. I had no signs of an outbreak at the time, and hardly ever have them.
