Last Doubt thanks for helping me

this is the thing...
I had Unprotected sex with a girl. between week 12 and 16 I took 4 tests and the result was negative for all of them. In the week 16 I asked the girl to take the test and it was negative too
One month after my encounter with that girl I had unprotected sex too with another girl wich I am absolutely convinced is negative. after a month of that she developed an Herpes Zoster due to an extreme anxiety and stress case (thats what doctor said).
My question  and I know It might be a little stupid is:

If I had 4 Negative elisas in weeks 12, 13.5, 14, 16
And the girl I though she was   a risk had a negative result too

It is posible that I  Infected the other girl?
Doctors said that I can infect another person with something that I don't have

thanks for your help

Thanks I know yor`re right...
I think I better go to a metal health professional, the thing is that I care very much about that other second girl and I would not forgive myself If I made something bad to her... I also considered the idea that the Laboratory would be mistaken about the girls result but I know is very very unprobably

thanks for your help
